YHWH El Gemuwal, LORD God of Retribution, we live in a world where we are often bullied, damaged, and disrespected by others. Forgive us when we try to take our own revenge. May we instead trust that You are a holy God who will judge all evil. You are a God who sees us when we are hurt and because You love us, You will act on our behalf one day. You will repay. And Lord, we realize that we are also among those who sin against others. We deserve your punishment. Thank You that Jesus was punished in our place, and that we can be forgiven of all we have done through Him.
